Autumn open days, especially for families with children (aged 6 and over)

Autumn Open Days, especially for families with children (aged 6 and over) Thursday 29, Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026. Tours start at 9.00 am and 11.30 am.   As well as a tour of the above-ground and underground exhibitions, we have organised an exhibition of postage stamps focusing on mining and minerals – ‘mining flowers’, a mini mineral fair and, for the hardy, a gold panning workshop. Admission fees are as per the exhibition price list.
