The Secrets of the Old Castle

The Slovak Mining Museum invites you to the event ‘Secrets of the Old Castle’, which will shed light on a long-ago case marked by fear, superstition and mistrust. Visitors will take part in a trial in which they will seek the truth and uncover the secrets hidden behind the walls of the historic castle. What took place behind the walls of the Old Castle? What events could have brought one woman to trial, and can the truth prevail in an environment rife with suspicion, superstition and lies? The historic rooms of the Old Castle provide a unique backdrop for a story full of suspense, questions and unexpected connections. The event offers an unconventional way of exploring the past, in which visitors are not merely observers but an integral part of the quest for the truth. The event will take place within the Old Castle. The programme is scheduled for two sessions, at 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm. We recommend booking your place in advance.
